Really? The casual racism tracks but as far as race, my experience of the rpg community has been about 90% white (or jewish, not like they're wearing badges) and 10% brown or yellow. Not as diverse as wotc's whining about nclusivity would have you believe but definitely not "almost never".

My current group is
>A. White guy, early-30s, outright "esoteric fascist" and extremely racist (although apparently not when it comes to relationships, his gf and maybe soon-to-be fiancee is Latina), doctor
>B. White guy, early-30s, equally racist but his political beliefs are hard to categorize beyond that. Also a doctor.
>C. White guy, late-20s, overall I'd still describe myself as a libertarian but maybe less extreme than I was when we were in college. Racist but only in the sense that I don't think a libertarian state is viable if your nation has been flooded with low IQ tribal groups. History teacher.
>D. White chick, late-20s, libertarian-leaning. I wouldn't describe her as racist but reddit probably would. Trust fund kid and post-doc zoology student
>E. White chick, late-20s, politically the environment and animal welfare>anything else. "I'm not racist but if I could press a button and wipe out 90% of the population of Africa, China and India, I would. The planet would be better off." Veterinarian.
>F. Argentinean chick, late-20s. Generally right-wing but doesn't care that much about politics as far as I can tell. Low-key racist against anyone browner than her, dating A.
>G. White guy, early-30s. Doesn't care about politics. Investment banker.
