How do you handle this? How would the other NPCs around be reacting to this?
I have a player that seems to brazenly throw all normal social function aside and exalts his character "Above" social norms. For example, when traveling through a town they don't know, they were going around asking for information. When peasants ignored them, he said that he would grab them and demand they answer, yet got upset when they would take up arms to defend themselves.
Also, he does shit like runs into a duke's castle and demands the guard there help with personal conflicts. "OR THEY WILL BE MADE TO DO SO!" When asked how he would make them, he claims that he would go to the capital city and tell the king that he wouldn't help.

tl;dr I have a socially awkward retard whose antics give me narrative dissonance when I run for him. Short of kicking the guy out, (Because I otherwise like playing with him,) and other than talking to him about it (Let's assume that I have/am going to, but it won't/hasn't worked.) What are some in-game ways I can deal with this?
