Got a new 3840 x 1080 monitor that needs something other than default wallpapers. Found an a folder on an old computer full of sailing pics. Dinosaur and monster wallpapers Pics of brutalist buildings like pic related. No doomer shit Most im posting are cropped for widescreen already. To view I use Virtual Desktop and the half sbs option on the left of the floating menu when in environment. using that any program that stretches it to fullscreen horizontally will work (regardless if cropped).
For non cropped I prefer using wallpaper engine for the mouse paralax feature. unlink X and Y axis and only paralax Y axis and you can have the full pic despite vertical as your wallpaper. all audio responsive add ons still work as long as you can position a copy for both eyes.
To make your own I rec Owl3D (https://www.owl3d.com/) for images, no need to crop. Free for most features and runs locally.
For video (and cropped images) I mostly use IW3
I prefer working with videos so I will link my video wallpaper dumps as I get them uploaded Even though i live quite near the tropic of cancer and carry pure and perfect hatred for hot weather, summer, the mosquitoes which it brings, the sweat...i can go on but i also have awe for the Desert.

I'm kinda looking for a very specific one, but this is not supposed to be a request, more like a try if it rings a bell with anyone. I remembered a wallpaper from when I was a kid and I would really like to find it, but my memory is very unclear about the details. It was definitely back in the 90s, as I'm sure it was on Win95. It was a low res (obviously) close up pic of a white kitten with brown or gray patches (it's really a long time ago so my memory is not that clear and I believe the color quality was not even 24bit back then) and I believe it was sitting in some bushes. If anyone remembers or has something close to that, it would be appreciated.
