In one of Sam Hyde's videos, he also said something like: If you're not really sure what to do with your life don't let it bother you too much because it's normal for people to be unsure. It might take time for you to develop an idea of what you want to do.

Nobody is an expert on life. How can anyone really know what's good for you? You're the only one who can figure that out. Modern society is set up to be as abusive towards men as possible, probably to extract as much value out of us as possible. But why would anyone try really hard when we're surrounded by a bunch of bull dykes? Women aren't exactly feminine anymore. Do you really have any reason to try? Why should you put effort forward for people who did nothing for you? "Do it for yourself" people say, but if it's for yourself, then why is it their idea and not yours? They're trying to manipulate you to get something out of you (up to and including all your time, your money, and even your life) while you get nothing in return.

People will act like there's something wrong with you and feel personally offended that you sit around, play games, smoke weed and jerk off. But you have to consider that they're probably just jealous. They also have no right to feel offended by what you do with your time. There are people who will feed you bad advice intentionally, either to try to get something out of you or simply for you to sabotage your comfortable life because they're jealous.

I think Sam was right when he said don't worry about it too much. I once saw a bumper sticker that said something like "Don't give up, remember Moses was once a basket case". The reality is you might not develop an idea for 10 more years or more. Some people never do. You feel a sufficient amount of pressure on yourself, coming from nobody but yourself. The important thing is don't confuse other people's desires and their pressures for your own.
