I'm south central alabama, I have rose bushes along my porch and usually get several hummingbirds getting a taste and always enjoy seeing them get in there but yeah, this year I've seen two where I'd have seen a couple dozen by now in years prior. My dad's a big hunter and this turkey season he was commenting on how the birds aren't normal this year, not just the turkeys but the songbirds too. I have blueberry bushes and now they're ripening and usually it's a freaking highway of birds coming into them to eat my berries but not this year. Wtf is going on? I can't speak to bees, I have two beehives so I see plenty of them.
