Some of us have actual insulation in their walls anon. 20db in the evening was pretty close for me the last three places I've lived in a major population center. A PSU fan is loud as fuck when it's the only noise.

I have 24 fans and my PC is like 15db. If I took my PSU off of the hybrid fan mode, it would by far be the loudest thing in the system.

Doing my first custom loop build did that to me. It was crazy how loud everything else became once there weren't four fans doing 1500-2500RPM all the time.
