This has happened to me multiple time (only today):

>write a message
>solve captcha
>captcha was accepted and my post did go through according to the website
>no errors, no "captcha wrong", nothing weird, everything ok
>my message doesn't show up anywhere
>???

I start to think that maybe there is some sort of word filter that "shadow removes" the message and doesn't actually post it, without telling anything to the user. I tested this with two different messages by copypasting and trying again. Only when I wrote most of the message from scratch, it did actually showed up.
