Think that 1Gbps is somewhat common nowadays, and the amount of data you'll need to serve this worldwide, and you need to make sure your ISP knows about this (they have commercial services for a reason, mainly SLA times, but many reasons).
that would def be my big issue. i have 1 gig up/down service now, but no direct fiber. maybe the jews at comcast would let it slide if i crossed to monthly limit...
