only a problem on spam threads and on threads that don't encourage discussions.
we had awesome threads for Oblivion remastered with lots of different ID's posting more than once.
if your thread sucks or it's spam then obviously it's going to be a 1pbtid.
i don't see how that's a problem, it would make the site slower (which it needs) and discourage shills/spammers.
jannies micro-janny for everything except when there's the same 10 threads about the same subject (or game like TES4 for example, look at /v/ today) instead of bumping the post limit to very high (like idk, 1000 posts if the activity and engagement rate is high).
so instead of 1 real thread (with a small bump limit) and 9 spam threads about body type or nexus mods being retards, that would be discussed in the same thread (not like there's much to say anyway), then the spam wouldn't work and the real posters would continue discussing the game for many hours until bump limit is reached, it's not a general and post variety is high.
the is literally what happened on other chans and we had an awesome time, so why can't it happen here ?
