Your "jellyfin server", where is it running? On your computer, is it running on a different device? The ip from the command 'ipconfig' is your LOCAL ip address, meaning whatever network you are connected to (home, work, etc...). Your ip from google is your public IP that the internet sees, coming from your router.

All devices on your home network will share that public IP you get when you google "what is my ip address".

Lets say you are running jellyfin on your personal computer, the IP you get from running 'ipconfig' is what you are going to connect to via your roku TV
