I've had to think quite long for a good answer to that. My first instict was to either:
say that (me) is physical, but it is hard to properly delineate it from outer objects, as I am dependent on many organisms living inside me, on consistency of universe's laws, etc.; this leads ultimately to bleed of one's existance over the whole world, thus reflection is as (me) as a photo or what I call my body; everything is (me), as my physical state is influenced by everything physical, even if below of what can be measured;
or:
say that (me) is purely metaphysical, with only connection to what appears to be my body, but not sharing identity wigh anything thatis physical; reflection is as (me) as photo is, or anything at all; nothing is (me).
Both of those are drastic and unintuitive, more of an escape from problem than an answer. But I think I have a proper one.
(Me) is the unique perspective on the world, sum of physical perception of it and beliefs interpolating from those informations. Reflection is no more (me) than photo or portrait, because even if they have their own perspective on the world, it's not mine. Thus, not me.

You are not. Even if you talk about the same thing, just because you hold different beliefs regarding it, is enough to differentiate between you two. To be clear, I'm not advocating for subjective reality. Rather, a comprehensive, objective description of particular person must include that person's subjective states.
