The rabbit was called a threat level 7. Annie is considered threat level 10. PR-1001 who is also described as murderous is only threat level 8. Viridian despite being capable of reason and despite her massive size is only a threat level 8 as well and Juno is harmless temperament wise but has a massive threat level because of their stats and abilities despite being a tard like Reika. The government has hired us to kill all the subjects we come across so murderous intent on the subjects part is only a minor side of what makes them a high threat or not.

I agree with this and you pointing this out only infuriates me that the same people who claimed that talking would take too long now want to do all of this.

If it could take down Vinella, why did the government have to hire scary monsters, a death squad with mechs about 6 metres tall, specifically to deal with her? If railgun was enough, wouldn't just throwing a few at Heroes ensure she's done and dusted?
