You’re naturally inclined to being soft-hearted, and everyone knows it! Gain +2 to Intelligence and Charisma… but fail all intimidation attempts.
>Nautically Challenged
You’re just plain incapable of developing sealegs! Suffer -2 Agility and Endurance while at sea, but deal 10% more damage while on dry land.
>Trigger Discipline
Carefully aim and fire. There we go! You’re naturally skilled with guns, gaining 1d10 of extra accuracy when using them, but you’ll find yourself with a 1d10 negative to melee fighting.
>Sharply Dressed
You just don’t feel comfortable with a bunch of metal and leather strapped all over you! Gain +1 to all SPECIAL stats while in clothing, but -2 to all of them for wearing any armor!
>Pack Rat
This, and this, and this too! You gain +50 Carry Weight, but you’ll be compelled to buy some kind of nick-nack or doo-dad every time you buy anything.
>Heavy Handed
You leave a mark and then several more, harder marks! Gain 1d12 more damage with melee and unarmed attacks, but you'll never critically hit chance with said attacks.
>Noteworthy
You just seem to accumulate new friends and enemies without trying. All reputation gain is doubled, positive and negative.
>Logan’s Loophole
You’ll be fresh forever! Never get addicted to alcohol, chems or cola but never surpass Level 25 either.
>Toaster Repair Expert
You can fix literally any toaster you can find, sometimes with great benefits. But you’re hopeless at fixing ANYTHING else and as a result you can never try to do so.
>Curious Palate
You’ve always had a taste for new things. Eating new meals might grant you small, beneficial perks… but you might get addicted to literally any kind of food.
