I played it months ago and only noticed four bugs.
>One character joined my party and added her companion quest to the quest log and the world map before I'd spoken to her to activate it.
>That same character refused to acknowledge that I'd genocided her people - instead thanking me for letting them live. Don't worry, this bug didn't extend to the ending slides or anywhere outside of this character's own dialogue/mental delusions.
>That same character refused to acknowledge that I'd later had one of the last survivors from her homeworld dragged off and executed - instead talking about how he was recuperating elsewhere on the ship. Again, this bug didn't cause any problems outside of one line of dialogue.
>There was a niche interaction involving a specific combination of one class's abilities that gave you unlimited actions as long as you could keep killing enemies.
