If you remove all those things your game stops being an RPG. Even people who hate the numbers part of RPGs and want them to be solely about role-playing character-wise won't like removing classes and alignments since those are some of the most fundamental parts character role-playing.

At this point it sounds like you're describing an action game where the player gets an arsenal of powers to play around with like Dishonored or Prototype, rather than a game with any real semblance of roleplaying. Those special powers also aren't mutually exclusive with numbers. And numbers are important in a roleplaying game regardless because it's the best way to concretely express characters' abstract attributes like skills which encourages players to play the character to their strengths as one would expect the character itself to do, i.e. it encourages roleplaying.
