It's a shitty PR stunt to try and make the company look better that has been used across all industries, especially in tech, for +30 years. Even shit like schools and truck repair shops does this. Probably the place you work at too.

Also, retards blame some blue haired programmer more over the old bald white retard calling the shots that is utterly clueless, with no background in game dev. As if the programmer has any say in the game itself.
