Time played doesn't matter. I worked on a game where a QA tester that had been with the company for 2 years was convinced that the enemy had a secret bonus to-hit modifier and they got fucked over by it. But guess what, during that period we were experimenting with giving enemies negative modifiers and the player positive modifiers. So the exact opposite.
Laypeople with no understanding of probability do not have the capacity to understand or track it. Most people, including most likely you based on what you're been going on about, aren't even aware of basic stuff like Law of Large Numbers which accounts for a vast majority of misunderstandings around probability.

There is way more than that. For the game to even function you need to do so many adjustments to prd and rng that you'd quickly lose track.
Not being "honest" with players is the 101 of game and ux design. Compensating for player mistakes, adjusting things under the hood, etc. is something you need to do. The goal is also for the player to not notice it. This applies to any genre, like say a game like Dead Cells uses coyote time for their jumps, automatically turn you around even if you hit the wrong input when trying to attack an enemy and +50 more things, if not way more.

I literally do not give a shit if some ignorant delusional and close-minded person wants to remain so. Unpaid labor to educate ignoramus isn't my job. I explained this to you to be nice, if you want to plug your ears go ahead.
I already told you the devs have repeatedly talked about this in interviews, documentaries and such. If you really want to know, look it up and stop asking people to educate you against your own will.
But we both know you will chalk this up as you "winning" and move on, because that's how people like you work.
