The most notable thing about Nimi Nightmare having Caspurr make the lore video for her indie debut is that she obviously does agree with the reason he fought with management. Unicorns will never like this theory but if they got fired while helping Kronii get a 2.0 design added to her contract that would explain why they are on good terms.
