>the monthly long training that i'm required to complete with credit manager before being allowed to work on my own completely obliterates the confidence i gained as an analyst at the bank, because the manager is very emotional and ends up disagreeing with the vast majority of my decisions over stupid shit like not liking a particular broker, or even outright ignoring his own credit policy because he kinda liked a deal despite it technically falling outside our policy
