So you CAN sleep, that whole system is working fine, your circadian rhythm is just flipped backwards.. that doesn't mean you're immune to sleep meds or can't sleep or are an insomniac. It means currently your body thinks day time is bed time.. sleep meds would work exactly as badly if your sleep was fine and normal but you were taking them at 11am to try andbsleep through the day. You can't fight against your circadian rhythm like that.

Youve gotta move your body's sleep rhythm. I'm not gonna hold your hand on that one, but stop acting like you're afflicted with some terrible Xanax induced illness that doesn't exist. Your body rhythm is flipped. That's it.

Should be obvious to you too since you can't stay awake during the day. That should be your biggest clue you can sleep. Stop being a retard.
