No. I don’t know enough about your anonymous life to make a solid judgement. All I can give you is a good guess. My guess would be, you feel terribly and painfully alone and whenever someone expresses something that isn’t obvious anger or aggression, you see it as a sign that they are into you romantically or sexually. Not because you are mentally ill or crazy, but simply because you have been waiting for kindness for quite some time, or all you have known is hurt or humiliation from people, or both.

Or it’s not that deep and you just get confused by the facial expressions of people lol.
