Anyway, i'll tell you a story. I dropped out of high school about midway through my senior year. I was basically failing every class except culinary arts (i ended up working 17 years in the restaurant industry) anyway. My as. principle actually like me...i told him i was going to get my ged. They actually let me still take my culinary art classes even after dropping out. Anyway. during the summer I freaked out and thought my life was going to be over and ruined if i didnt get a high school diploma..this was back in 2004 btw.
I ended up re-enrolling in school and had to do a year and a half...yeah i was fucking 20 when i graduated. which was fucking hell, it SUCKED ASS, but i did it.
guess what that gained me?.....absolutely nothing. Ive filled out job apps and just completely lied about when i graduated.. no one follows up on that shit.
Also, I once moved to Denver Colorado and got a job in one of the top 10 restaurants in downtown Denver. Everyone I worked with was ether in culinary school or had graduated and I was doing exactly what they were doing.
Which brings me to my next point. I was 1 week away from going to the CIA in New York, did all the paper work, wrote a essay, yadda yadda. All I had to do was pay some sort of entry fee and i was going to be granted enrollment. Literally a week before it was due i said fuck it and didnt go.
It might have mattered in the past but i dont think it does now...depending on what your profession is i guess...
It still pisses me off to this day that these fucking adults lied to me about how important graduating highschool is.
If youre not a total dipshit nigger fuck up and slightly likeable, have some sort of work ethic with a profession you give a shit about, i think you'll do just fine in life.

also why the fuck do youy think you cant live abroad if you dont have a high school degree? are you retarded?
