Not that anon but you need to understand that for women, attraction isn't just physical. It's all about how she feels emotionally and she obviously doesn't feel very loved by you. And as a man, I know you're going to respond to this by listing all the things you do around the house and for her but it's not about how much you do but rather how you make her feel. Men approach relationships the same way they approach video games then wonder why the woman is unhappy. It's not about unlocking achievements or doing the "right" things. She's obviously very unsatisfied with life the way she keeps complaining about her job, and she's obviously unsatisfied with her relationship with you. A woman checking out of sex and just letting you fuck her is a VERY bad sign. It's probably unfixable at that point unless you turn things around immediately.

Men tend to try really hard to make a woman feel loved and cherished in the beginning of a relationship (or at least fake it in order to get in her pants). Again, this is approaching relationships like a video game. Once you've unlocked the "achievement" (she's now your wife/gf), you move on to the next thing. You know you love her and you know that she loves you without her having to constantly show you that she loves you, but women need to constantly be wooed and reminded of how much you love them otherwise they fall out of love and you essentially become roommates. She's performing her "wifely duties" but that's it, and the longer this goes on, the longer she'll resent you until she leaves you.
