By learning and practicing what you lack. Presumably that's gonna be disagreeableness & boundaries. These women don't just magically appear out of thin air, there is a very clear and real reason why they gravitate towards you. It's because you can't say "No" to them. You are wide open, indiscriminate, and your 'niceness' is a weakness that people can see and choose to go exploit. But that's just secondary to the problem.

The primary problem is because you are people-pleasing others, you exploit yourself. This is shown to you by the repetitive pattern of meeting with, dealing with, and being weighed down by broken types at the cost of your own wellbeing. You're a large reason it keeps happening.

Figure out how you learned this behaviour. Big protip: check your past, in your upbringing.

Example: When I was having your same problem when I was younger, it never occurred to me that my childhood was where I learned it:

>Have dysfunctional abusive parents who fucked each other up
>Learned that relationships were meant to be a bit broken, normalised it
>Had to play emotional support for my own parents during their post meltdowns
>I was parenting my own parents, managing adults problems
>Playing emotional rescue for my own mom

Guess what happened when I met girls later as an adult? As if by magic, they tended to have severe mental problems, require my emotional rescue, and I already brought to boundaries or self respect to the table. I had unconsciously created the same dynamic of my upbringing, just in the form of a romantic relationship.

History repeats itself unless you learn the pattern. Learn the pattern, from it's origin to where you are today, and you will automatically unlearn it.
