easier said than done. I dont expect to become some social butterfly in my three weeks there and magically overcome my social anxiety. Yes its a possibility but I'm going in with a reasonable mindset. People dont change overnight. I havent been comfortable approaching women my entire life what makes you think I will be just because I visit another country for three weeks?
