This is rough. Might want to look for something else on the side, but keep in mind that most work today is hell and involves fucking people over.
If you decide to stay, you can come up with clever ways to convince people to leave the table on their own.
For example

or
>appeal to mysticism : They say if a mas loses 3 times in a row lady luck has a grudge for him. Go watch a show tonight, you are not going to get your winnings back today (bullshit to get them to take a breather and stop being reeled in to sunk cost fallacy)
Had a similar experience doing security where there was a massive disconnect between the insane bullshit management and the company wanted vs the reality on site, and had to get creative often to deal with situations that beeded a human touch, even if I was breaking rules.
