this is a discussion you should really have with your lawyer, but anything specific you say will be in confidence, the psych will just give a report on your mental fitness. But you can ask them as well what they are required to report and they'll respond honestly. Psychologists and attorneys have professional ethical obligations they have to follow or they could lose their license.
