It was 15 YEARS ago, who gives a fuck (assuming you have changed your ways). You can either apologize if you feel that is necessary or would provide some kind of closure to them. Otherwise, ignore it and move on. You have a family now by the sounds of it, so just get on with your life as they are your priority now and you can't be hung up on every single past mistake.
