Consider you are a man, you just don't feel like a man because of reasons. Most likely self esteem based or upbringing based. Lack of a fatherly role model to show you how to grow into your masculinity.

And that's all, no need to jump to irrational conclusions like feeling like you are female.

The solution is to pursue the shit you don't like or are anxious of or aren't thrilled by - masculine life. Go join a men's group, a gym, a men's fire circle, a hunting hobby, fishing sport, find a communal toolshed or DIY club where men teach young men how to work with tools and repair shit.

It will feel hard and unfamiliar and weird at first. Then your confidence builds and before you know it you'll look back at this shit as just a weird coomer-fueled phase that bled into your lack of self identity. That's all it is."
