What's deleting his posts is most likely metadata. I use 4changay whenever I post (rarely) because fuck timers, and i can make a few inoccuous posts in page 10 threads where no one is browsing or looking and sometimes they get deleted. Posts just disappear at random. I THINK if this happens a mod is notified (they should?), but maybe not.

This means that there's either an auto-delete or auto-report script set up that is triggered when the conditions align and the post is highly likely to have been made with ecker/4changay/etc. For an individual user resetting their modem, you could also set it up like this:
on /an/ if the user agent says google chrome on android and the IP range is located in india, delete post. Run every 10 minutes.

But there is no way mods actually pay close enough attention to be the first ones to catch it. how do I know? I know several people who use rotating proxies and the only way their bans are tracked is through the emails they use to skip the timer. If mods were paying attention they'd see the rapid IP changes and delete every post with that session cookie and ban that email, or just not allow multiple IPs per session cookie and autoban. On the other hand, 4chan sells your data and charges shills for the right to post without getting jannied.
