I suspect my neighbors are eating pets. They moved in 1-2 years ago. They are black, I do not know their ethnicity but I assume they are African or Haitian immigrants. They barely speak English and speak in their foreign language most of the time.

About 2 weeks ago they had a brand new dog. It was a small breed. This is the first time I’ve ever seen them with an animal. It was loudly barking and running around their yard. Later that day the only other thing I saw was the neighbor commanding the dog to potty in the yard.

That day was the first and last day I ever heard or saw that dog. Just one single day. Since then I have not heard a single bark. I haven’t seen them walk or take out that dog. Nothing. Only yesterday I saw that they had thrown a pet carrier in the trash.

I’m not going to just call the cops or animal people unless I’m positive because that could cause a whole can of worms.

What do you guys think? What do you think I should do? What would you do? Do you have similar experiences?

Not every culture is the same. Dog and cat eating is a practice in many cultures around the world. Sheltered Westerners are retarded because they just assume everyone thinks the same. This is like Europe being plagued by islamists. What do you think happens when you import an alien culture into your own
