I just autistically tell them immediately if they ask, that I wasn't mentally ready to be in a real committed relationship with responsibilities in my 20s. They seem to respect the self-awareness and honesty more than being alarmed by it, but I honestly don't care either way. By they I mean 20 year olds since women in their 30s are in the same position but with 100x my body count.
