That's a high number. Computer upgrade every 3yrs is way too often, shit doesn't change that often, middle range will last you 5 years. Heck I bought top of the line 7 years ago and it's still capable. Phones every 3yrs is understandable since the battery gets shitty and won't last the day, but you can just charge it or get an external battery and stretch out its lifetime without any major problems.
Should be 400 home repair, 200 for car repair, 200 for travel, 50 for 2 phones, 50 computer upgrade. $900 but you can cut it down to 700-800 without any major sacrifices.

definitely depends on the area but I know people that got a 20k loan at 0 interest, they save 1200/year in electricity, and they've had it for 10 years and it's still working fine. In 6 more years it will have paid for itself, and then they're still saving 1200/year. What's not to like?
