You can be sued for anything. The question is whether they have a strong claim against you, and the answer is no. You have general right to rescind a contract within three days of executing (signing) it. If it has been more than three days, you can do a notice of common law rescission - mistake of fact.

A mistake of fact means you didn't properly comprehend some or all of the terms of the contract, and either did not understand them at all or thought they meant something different than what the other party thought. A mistake of fact means there was no "meeting of the minds", which is required for there to be a valid contract.

Also, the lack of valuable consideration being exchanged means the contract is not enforceable as-is UNLESS it was a firm offer to buy/sell (which it usually is not unless you specifically say it is, or if you are considered a 'merchant').
