It was kind of luck really. I just advertised saying "I can get you more clients". I hopped into a call with someone and explained how I was going to do it, and he bought.

I follow Alex Hormozis CLOSER framework to pitch/sell. Identify their bottlenecks, then provide them with a solution and explain how it solves their bottlenecks.

I help them run ads - so for example, I just send them the scripts for videos I need them to film. I have already written all the sales copy. They just send me their finished video and I run it. There is still about 1 hour of manual work in setting up the campaigns though.

No, social media ads is much more about the messaging than production quality. A selfie video converts better than anything else.

I target a specific type of business, nationwide. There are thousands of them, and I'll never run out.

Yes, I could easily add a backend offer for that. I'm currently creating a new system for a new type of business that will include a recurring service after the initial setup. Currently, I just couldn't be bothered, but yes.
