this is already a problem, they estimate a high percent of qualified if not perfect candidates aren't even screened because of a discrepancy in their application that the AI rejects
>same with people unemployed because of "personality tests" and using the wrong "body language"
I assume they just mean the shift in hiring people not just for skills, but to "fit" the company "culture" nowadays. Bad news for autists.
