For me anime never stopped to be the 90's-00's kind because I got disconnected by life so long ago but when I get snapshots like this thread of how fucked the current situation is it makes me sick with dread.
I want the time back when being a nerd or alternative wasnt the codeword for being a manipulative bpd psychopath whose biggest hobby is to enforce their self victimized marketing onto the world in an endless stream of collecting and categorizing their play pretend acronyms, pronouns, skin colors and heritages trying to crybully society into tagging along.
Also makes me feel like I was a teen in a sweet time spot of modesty and people just overall getting along with each other between society as eugenics program like my parents experienced it where people who were different simply got beaten and bullied into suicide or outright killed for walking/looking funny or having sex in any other way than what was sanctioned and society sucking off the biggest victim in the room and healthy people actively grooming themself into being more and more dysfunctional caricatures of perversion, sickness and disability in a mental, emotional and physical way because the biggest atrocity to human existence wins. Driven to the point where the actual conditions are frowned upon by the pretenders because the display isnt intense enough.
Truly the insanity of man made horrors beyond comprehension.
