I prefer dry since properly cooked air fried salmon is naturally juicy, but I'd pair it with sauce as well. maybe a homemade blend of lemon+garlic+yogurt. + herbs if I'm feeling extra tryhard

same, but I wouldn't wanna cook this 3x a week. it was laborious and I only eat fresh, no leftovers. although much of that labor was learning and going slower, doing it for the first time

fair, i love anchovies more than most so I'll accept this is a dish mainly for me. for others I'd prolly choose more palatable toppings&portions. photo doesn't do the sauce justice though, it was better than any restaurant I've been to: (actually fresh garlic, oregano, red chili flakes, canned in-season tomato sauce, black pepper) if you wanna make pizza at home seriously, try blending your own sauce like this. it makes an insane difference that often seems understated

the photo AND presentation is straight ass, but this is that type of insanely flavorful soul food you kinda just throw mush together. i would like to learn a good presentation for this, though
