This is impossible... Also I never realized how much sugar I was eating until now. How do you guys keep your sugar intake down?
-avoid any sweetening ever. fruits in all forms are fine in limited amounts, coconut water, fresh citrus juice as well. find low sugar Geek yogurts with high protein. honey, tree syrups, jams, etc can all be eaten, but use very sparingly
