Yes and yes. Doesn't really change the vitK content much. Doesn't really matter since I eat them bitches anyway. I felt really weird not having a single green thing on Cinco because I was too busy eating American Mexislop rather than actual food but I went ham on greens the next day.

Believe it or not, even the artificial stuff can affect things. Even cranberry and pomegranate do, albeit to a lesser extent. What I do is that if I choose to have cranberry or pomegranate at all, I make sure to have it around the halfway point between med doses since I take them 12 hours apart. Grapefruit, however, is much higher in... I forgot what it's actually called but all these foods contain a substance that fucks with cytochrome P450 (CYPs), a series of enzymes that metabolise a bunch of different medications. The medications I'm on to manage my vitK issues are metabolised by CYP1A2 and CYP3A4, both of which are affected by that substance that's in grapefruit etc and, as said, grapefruit has a much higher amount of it than do cranberry or pomegranate and other citrus fruits. Artificial grapefruit flavouring also contains that substance. If it's not obvious, that substance is what gives all of these fruits their bitterness.
