Very real. I use AI for cooking a lot, but this means

Works great. I use it for baking especially where strict formulas are more important. If you just ask for a recipe and then follow it uncritically, I have no doubt that is going to be shit. Using AI as an Assistant (what these LLMs are meant for and in almost all cases explicitly referred to as by the companies making the models) for making your own is really fantastic though and it's the retards like OP are giving AI-assisted cooking a bad name.
