This gets brought up a lot. If Cybersix feeds off of von Reichter's creations why doesn't he stop sending creations after her? I'm going to again reference the comic because the story is more developed. Even if von Reichter stopped sending the Fixed Ideas (the huge, monster thugs) after Cybersix, he still has creations that have infiltrated several levels of society. Politicians, actors, businessmen, city workers, etc. They can't just all one day disappear for however long it takes for Cybersix to starve. And his creations can identify each other just from making eye contact, so even if none of them go after Cybersix, she can still hunt them down.

Because it was created by two Argentinians, one born in 1943 and one born in 1957, and after WW2 a lot of Nazi's fled to Argentina.
