This just seems like a bad idea for a joke. It doesn't make it any better than by a human. We know nothing about aliens, they could eat you, dissect you, fatally experiment on you, lay their eggs in you, rape/enslave you, or even use you as bait for other aliens. Meeting an alien could be cool in theory, but it's not a very wise decision. So much could go wrong.
