Comic version? Yeah, Kim was done dirty by Scott when they dated, going so far in the later volume 5, wherein Scott couldn't be motivated enough to get his fighting spirit to defeat the twins, and save Kim. Kim had to LIE to Scott that Ramona was waiting for him, and Scott got motivated to defeat the twins, saved Kim, they hugged, and Scott was still thinking about Ramona.

Movie/animated version? You could argue that movie Scott just forgot about Kim, and viewed her as the girl with freckles. But Takes Off Scott was a saint, whom in the Takes off version didn't even date Knives.
