The man needs to stick to animation. Seems like the less visual the medium is, the worse he writes. Those Gargoyles comics are bad, but they're practically Shakespeare compared to the dogshit novels he writes.
I tried reading one of his Magic: The Gathering novels and it was like pulling out my own teeth. I almost always read books all the way through, even if they're shit. It needs to be a spectacular level of dogshit for me to drop a book. And his Ravnica book was that kind of dogshit. I had an easier time stomaching Shadiversity's cringe power fantasy slop before dropping it than I did Weisman's bile.
