Yes, but if it's just two (relatively) low-power DC machines you want to keep running, you'd be better off eschewing the inverter, and using a cheap ching-chong buck-boost converter to manage voltages from an over-specced battery. I do this myself for my own fibre terminal and router.

It even has a variable low voltage cut-out setting, so you can protect your battery from excessive discharge. If your modem and router use different voltages you'll need two converters.
