Funny that you make this thread. I’m also in need for f a garage door technician.
Mine suddenly decided to not fully close the door anymore. It’s a large one-piece “slab” door that gets pulled open and close by a little trolley on a chain (visible bottom right) on the garage ceiling. I’ve got ample room
For the chain to go like 2 cm further, but suddenly it decided to stop said 2cm short.
Can’t find anything blocking the door and if it stops it’s a hard stop. I can’t move the door at all, it’s completely locked (of course I could move it with lots of force, but that doesn’t seem like a good idea)
Where do I adjust the chain, or, assuming it’s a timer, tell it to keep the motor turning for like .5 seconds longer?
