You can buy an electronic zapper. Some you just hang on the wall and there are others that are like a a tennis racket that you swing at them. But here's the thing about these little buggers, you can't kill all of them. The best approach is put down something that wards them off like citronella or to find a way to remove any nearby breeding grounds.

Standing water without any fish is what causes them to be around you. Empty out any containers that have rain water or whatever or pour a bit of cooking oil on top of the water. The thin film of oil prevents them from laying eggs in the water.

Other than that, you can go industrial and have the area sprayed by a professional. I think they have to respray regularly though.

Another way is to maybe setup a bathouse and move some bats to it, if you're into all that hassle.
