i think you'll be completely fine using normal drywall anchors as long as the hole/anchor match

pic related, i use them in bathroom tile all the time
strongest ones i've found at the depot, there might be better ones and if you drill the hole big enough you can use toggle bolts. or maybe you'll get lucky and find a stud after you drill the hole
also
generally studs are spaced 16", so you can find a stud on the drywall either side and measure off that for a decent gamble
