It is, actually. It's just that sometimes you have to accept the fact that you don't have the time to spend like 5 hours in the gym and there will be days you can only squeeze in 30 minutes. Then you eventually figure out that if you can cut out the time it takes to drive to the gym, shower after the workout, and then drive back, then you may as well buy some equipment you can use at home so you can cut out all the time wasted traveling to and from the gym. Yes, you might not get as good of a workout but you will at least be making some gains over the span of a longer time period.
